Our usual terms of sale are a deposit (several hundred $ earnest money) at time of sale and the balance, either paid or financed, on delivery. Personal checks and cash are accepted. We do not take credit cards, preferring rather to give you the lowest price we can right up front. Credit card processing costs are NOT a hidden cost in our prices.
Financing is available as a personal note between the buyer and Thomas A Roby. Usual terms are 20% down, balance financed at 8%, and time anywhere from 6 months to 3 years depending on what the buyer wants for a monthly payment. Should special needs arise, we can consider alternate terms. We do not sell our loans to the bank.
